Our Origin: MCBI was not designed in a boardroom. It was observed in rivers, in waste streams, in the gap between what Mongolia extracts and what it keeps.

Working on production lines in the Czech Republic for over a decade, the work was simple and precise: find the defect before it becomes expensive. Ask the question before the system fails.

That same discipline applied to Mongolia’s resource economy revealed one structural problem: critical minerals extracted, exported, and lost. No recovery. No return. And EV batteries arriving into a country with no infrastructure to receive them.

MCBI was founded to close that loop.

Enkhtsetseg spent more than a decade on the production floor at KPŽ Žirovnice and Bosch Powertrian Jihlava in the Czech Republic, inspecting automotive components in accordance with EU regulations and ISO quiality standards. There she learned a principle that continues to guide her work: systems that are not monitored eventually create damage that becomes increasingly costly to repair .

She applied that same system-thinking approuch to Mongolia’s resource economy and identified a critical gap: valuable minerals leave the country, while and-of-life batteries return withouth a system to collect, trace, reuse, or recover them. MVBI is the result of that insight.Build independently across two countries and without institutional backing, it is designed as a practical framework to help Mongolia establish a transparent, circular battery ecosystem based on prevention rather than reaction.

A Note on Values: Environmental protection, equal access to information, and human dignity are not separate causes — they are expressions of the same principle. We call this World Love, and It is the foundation that guides this work.

Strategic Foundation: The Czech Republic provides the foundation for validating EU regulatory standards, battery collection systems, logistics, testing, and circular economy practices. These lessons will be adapted and transferred to Mongolia to establish a national circular battery ecosystem.

Diplomatic Foundation The 2025 Czech Mongolian Comprehensive Partnership Declaration provides an important bilateral framework that supports long-term cooperation in innovation, sustainable development, and circular economy initiatives between the two countries.

Resource Sovereignty Lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and other critical minerals should not be viewed only as export commodities. Through responsible recovery and circular use, these strategic resources can continue creating economic, environmental, and social value for Mongolia over the long term.
